World-Wide Pandemic

How have you coped with the Pandemic? The whole world has stopped for a while. Prior to lockdown we were all participating in society's mad rush to the ‘finish’.
Some of the most difficult times in our lives can be life changing opportunities. We have all had some extra time, even if working as key workers, to reflect on our lives and re-evaluate what is most important to us.
Do you seriously want to go back to the busy crammed ‘normal’ pre-lockdown life? What have you learned so far about yourself? What changes have you decided you need to make? I have certainly learnt that I can be happy and content spending lots of time at home and in the garden and haven't missed my diary being crammed full.
This certainly isn't forgetting the huge number of lives lost and the grieving of so many families. This will never be forgotten. But through this very unusual and anxious time, there have been some unexpected benefits for those of us that have been lucky enough to stay safe and well:
More time with our family.
Less expenditure.
Maybe no daily commute.
Learning new ways of working from home and virtual meetings.
Awareness of increased community spirit and kindness.
Gratitude for a safe warm home and our family staying safe and well.
Mindfulness of bird song and greater appreciation of nature.
More time to exercise and do those jobs that have been put off for years around the home and garden.
There has never been a better time to take stock of what is going right in your life and what needs addressing. Either accept that eventually you may go back to your ‘normal’ old life or with my help as a life coach become that more confident, content, successful you!
